As a little girl, I had very specific reasons for loving the fall season. Though I love mild weather, there was so much to love about the change of any season. I loved the sound of fallen leaves crunching under my feet as I skipped sidewalk squares on the way to school. I loved the bite in the air that caused me to have to consider one of the coats sitting in the back part of my closet. I loved the changing colors of foliage. Recently I was asked for a few tips to help out with a new vegan diet. I can understand wanting to be safe, because many times people set out to become vegan or vegetarian and without knowledge, they become discouraged or even in poor health and they end up switching back to their old ways. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying a pescatarian, paleo, vegan, or vegetarian lifestyle–it needs to be an informed decision.
