How to Make Fettunta (Italian Garlic Bread)
Fettunta is of my favorite things to serve as a part of heavy appetizer or to go alongside a yummy stew during the wintertime. If you haven’t heard of fettunta, it is Italian version of garlic bread. It’s full of flavor, and you toast it until it’s crisp around the edges but still soft in the center. You will need: Bread Olive oil Garlic Baking sheet *The bread you see in the video is a bit of a unique color because I used kalamata olive ciabatta. 1. Slice garlic bread into 3/4 inch slices and place on baking sheet. 2. Drizzle or brush with olive oil. 3. Cook on broil…

The Mason Jar Cookie Company
Mason jars are still all the rave, and I love that this cookie company has used them in a fun and cute way! The Mason Jar Cookie Company sells mason jars filled with all the ingredients to make delicious cookies, and all you need to add is a few additional ingredients like eggs or butter. I made a video of my review, baking, and tasting the cookies. Absolutely scrumptious! They were nice enough to offer a free jar with cookie batter to one lucky subscriber! Check it out and enter! Good luck! xoxo Fifi

The UK Travel Edition | The FifiCakes Replay
I’m currently in London having a complete blast! I will be posting a series of vlogs sharing what I ate, where I went and who I met. It’s been so much fun and I cannot wait until my next adventure! Here’s the first! Make sure you watch till the very end so you can see the extraordinary dining experience I had at Inamo, a fusion style Japanese restaurant that uses very forward thinking technology. My only complaint about this place was that they did not allow us to take food home! Rather odd since the portions were large! Anyway, enjoy! xoxo, Fifi

What to Consider When Doing a Cleanse
1. Plan ahead. Planning is key to a successful health journey. The most common feedback I hear from my health coaching clients who struggle to stay on track is “I didn’t have time.” We all lead such busy lives, and also things beyond our control come up. Plan as much as you can, and then be flexible and creative to still meet your goals. 2. Set goals you can keep. I know how this sounds, but this is not at all settling or having a low standards for health. Incrementally increase your goals to achieve success. Outright lofty goals can be so overwhelming. It’s hard to stick to them. Don’t set…

Cleanse Week
I’ve teamed up with my friend L’aisha who you may know as MakeupanBeautyJunkie to do a week of cleansing. It’s a great way to boost energy, metabolism, and kickstart the new season without getting sick. We’ve decided to do a one week raw food challenge. To make it easier with long days and hard workouts, we’ve opted to do raw food till 4pm, which gives us a chance to have a warm sensible meal for dinner. We will be doing vegan food at dinner time. We will be sharing our meals and experiences over the next 7 days, and we hope you will join us! Feel free to modify as…

The FifiCakes Replay
I’ve always been kind of vlog-shy even though I’ve had a YouTube channel for two years now. I prefer the more scripted and choreographed cooking video, or a prepared quick talking one. Lately though, I feel more comfortable with the camera and as long as I’ve had a channel (and blog) I’ve come to call many of my subscribers friends! So, I’m happy to share more of my life. The FifiCakes Replay will be a recap of my weekend. Expect to see workouts, food, restaurants, people I hung out with, places I traveled and more. The schedule is every Monday at 4pm. Here’s the latest!
