Have you moved into a new role at work, or are you desiring to move? If so, this next episode is for you.
When we are promoted, we often think it is the title which promotes us– but this is not true. What really promotes us is the challenges that come along with the title. We are promoted by others due to our potential and past experiences– it’s not until we are in a new role that we rise to the occasion.
If you’re feeling scared or inadequate, that is okay. Simply do your best, and remember all the past challenges you overcame when you didn’t give up. Listen to these work success affirmations I have created throughout your day and let them sink down into your spirit and resonate.
It’s easy to get stuck in a rut when we have done nothing to renew our way of thinking. So often we go to the same places, eat the same foods, and hang with the same people. How can we find new solutions in life and gain a fresh perspective unless we surround ourselves with people who don’t just think the same way we do?
As we face transitions in life or difficult times, it becomes obvious how imperative a fresh mindset is. If we can examine our mindset, the people we spend time with, the places we go, and even the things we eat, we can likely find a relationship between our habits and are lack or abundance of progress.
In this episode, I explore some of the ways I keep a fresh perspective.
Sometimes it goes beyond a simple moment of writer’s block. Sometimes we are feeling totally and completely uninspired. What can we do in times like this? I share a few tips of how to work in and through this process in my latest episode of the Wonderfully Made podcast.
When you do take a moment to step away and gain clarity, make a mental note of what worked. Was it getting out in nature, hanging with family, taking the dog for a walk, or listening to one of your favorite songs?
Remember: it may not be convenient, but these things happen, but they cannot last forever. Inspiration will return to you and you will be able to create!

This episode is about the beauty of high pressure situations. We’ve all had times when we are under pressure and though it is difficult, what it yields can be beautiful and worth the pain or discomfort. I want to help you think about the benefits you gain from tough situations that in all honesty—we can’t usually avoid.
As we get closer and closer to manifesting our dreams and hopes, the pain and weight feels nearly unbearable. What can we do to optimize our time and see the benefits of waiting– benefits that outweigh the pain? I discuss in this episode.
Setting the tone at the beginning of the day is helpful, but don’t be afraid to revisit if things get a bit off kilter as the day progresses. Listen to these affirmations as often as you need, and please share with others who may need a boost!
