Raspberry Metabolism Boosting Smoothie

Hi healthy bunnies!

Raspberries have so many wonderful benefits– they boost your metabolism, are high in antioxidants, keep your glucose levels low, are a source of fiber and are high in vitamin c. This time of year, adding them to smoothies, salads, or having as a snack is a great way to ward off the cold and flu. If you’re trying to keep your weight in balance, raspberries can be very helpful.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 12 ounces of hemp milk
  • 2 thumbs of ginger
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

How to Make a Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Hey healthy bunnies!

I’ve always wanted to try dragon fruit in a smoothie, but dragon fruit is pretty pricey. I recently found out many grocery stores carry it in the frozen aisle, and it is a lot more affordable this way.

Some of the health benefits of eating this super fruit are:

  • helps lower cholesterol
  • good source of fiber
  • good source of vitamin c, b1, b2, and b3
  • contains active antioxidants
  • helps to reduce the signs of aging
