Over the last several months I have been doing a lot of research about hormone balance, maintaining healthy weight, using food to manage depression and more. Not so surprisingly, I found from many sources that so much of what happens in our bodies is linked and interconnected. Did you know that your cycle is considered a vital sign? Now I am learning it is very important to pay attention to my cycle not just when I am having my period. And I have also learned there are things I can do to minimize the unfavorable symptoms like mood swings or cramp or breakouts.
